BUG & Adam Smith

Last thursday was Bug 13 hosted by Adam Buxton (of adam and joe fame), a rundown of new music videos and the online video community. Apart from being pretty damn funny thanks to Adam bashing some youtube users for their dumb comments, it was also an informative affair with a great interview of director Adam Smith.
Most people who dont know his work may have inadvertantly come across it in the form of the Streets videos and most people who do will probably have unknowingly watched it in the form of teeny-bopper series Skins which he recently directed a handful of episodes for. Either way there is plenty of fun for all to be had visiting his site. He is sort of like an unpretentious Guy Richie, the one who never married Madonna.

SUPER SUPERFICIAL

I found this small shop super superficial with some nice t-shirts from artists such as David Shrigley and Bob London. They have a shop off Carnaby street and one in Covent Garden with a small gallery underneath which exhibits the artists work. The exhibition at moment is Louise Pomeroy who also works in the shop.
